I can't really perceive any bullying going on here. "Pedantic" is not exactly an insult in any case.

BTW, I don't really notice who is saying what--if I seem to be "targeting" someone, chances are they are just saying the types of things I tend to reply to; perhaps they hold an opposing opinion on something I feel strongly about. I don't really keep track of who says what on WP all that much. It's about what's being said more than who's saying it.

If I annoy you, tell me. Please. I'd much rather be told than realize it's been ages and they've been too polite to mention it.

It's ok, you don't annoy me, I'm just not a very tolerant person.

It's ok I'm tolerant enough for 2. I'll pick up your tolerance slack. Maybe 3 even.

Narcissism 1.8
Machiavellianism 0.7
Psychopathy 0.3

Only one where I was even on the percentile chart was Narcissism. I am proud of who I am, though I don't think I'm better than others. I am pretty much the opposite of a psychopath or a Machiavellian, though.

Machiavellianism: 1.3

Psychopathy: 1.2

The test had some flaws in my opinion but that seems to be the case with almost every existing test.

That is one the reasons why tests should be taken serious to certain extend but definitely not too seriously.
It takes far more than a couple of tests to assess someones personality.

I definitely agree with this and it applies to me. If I didn't shore up my low self-esteem concerning certain aspects of myself with having a high opinion of myself in others I would have probably killed myself by now, so it is definitely a survival mechanism - an ego defence mechanism. So in that respect is it even a 'fault' if it keeps you alive? Surely it's more of a necessary/logical adaptation?

Agree. I think narcissism gets an unjustified bad rap. Then there's the difference between what is clinical disorder and just self-love, and who gets to decide the amount of love someone gets to have for themselves, you know? :?

I am certainly not an expert but I don't think narcissism is the same thing as having a healthy form of love for oneself.

Hmm...

Narcissism 27.2 percentile, score 1.9

Machiavellianism 5 percentile, score 1

Psychopathy 1.5 percentile, score 0.3

Some of the questions were too vague to give a very accurate answer on and it also did not really allow for philosophical or religious reasoning, in my opinion. It didn't allow for reasoning such as concern for others on questions like should people trust everyone? No, because they can get hurt that way. They probably scored that as a cynic, but to me that's an empathic answer. Also, the questions about it sometimes being OK to lie. Sometimes you might have to, for instance for self defense or protection. (Robber: "Are you home alone?" Potential victim: "No, and I have a guard dog.")

I also took the Art styles test and almost all categories were equally well liked by me, with Romanticism winning. Not a huge surprise once I read the definition.

BTW I am an NT. Someone said they wanted more NTs to take this test.

Though, a lot of questions were sort of vague. My "moral philosophy" didn't really match the questions. I don't see things in terms of "right" and "wrong". I see things as having responses, some of which are beneficial to you and some not. I don't particularly care if other people are not benefited (or even if they get hurt) as long as it's "good" for me. preferably other people shouldn't be affected, seeing as it increases risk for myself. I tried to answer the questions accordingly (which was sometimes difficult).

Narcissism score 2.2 and 42.4 percentile.
Machiavellianism score 0.9 and 3.4 percentile.
Psychopathy score 1.1 and 18.1 percentile.

I don't really like those sort of questions sometimes. For some questions strongly agree and agree seem to be pretty much the same thing and the same for disagree. Much of the variation in the results to that test could be due interpretational differences.

I'll be one. My results are;

Narcissism Score: 1.5 Percentile: 13

Machiavellianism Score: 1 Percentile: 5

Psychopathy Score: 0.4 Percentile: 2.4

Interesting

But I would say that by the very reason that you are frequenting an Asperger/ASD discussion board, you probably have higher empathy levels than the average NT

Do you relate to other people easily?

Hi guys, I randomly fell upon this thread--
just to give you another NT score for measure:

Narcissism 0.7 1
Machiavellianism 2.1 23
Psychopathy 1 3

I will admit that I am an empathizer as nessa suggested might be the case for miss understood (my briggs-myers profile is INFP).

My results...

Narcissism:
Score- 1.4; Percentile- 9
Comments- Hm, I can be a little egotistical... at my best, I can't deny how awesome I am. :D

Machiavellanism:
Score- 0.8; Percentile- 2
Comments- I'd much rather just tell the truth (or half truth at worst) than try to be manipulative/deceitful. I see no purpose in using people, my motives are always simple/uncomplicated.

Psychopathy:
Score- 0.1; Percentile- 0
Comments- *Nods*
