I have more than one obsession

My special interest is in the rulesets of role-playing games like BESM, Dungeons & Dragons, GURPS, Paranoia, and Traveller; and how to convert between them.

Right now, it's the 1969-1970 New York Knicks championship team.....

One of my special interests (very few & now as a new Aspie too) is/are the howcomes and whys structures of ND special interests (SI's). Let me call it a/the science of (SI's) please.

There seems to be little or nothing of the howcomes and whys of we "spectrum riding" folk as as species on our SI's, and as we see ourselves within it/us.

Yet this topic thread set has lots of strongly felt-stated personal opinions that add up to me to be correlations++ as yet not too well mined, of what feels like a species, or sub-species, or sub-sub-, etc.

I am aged (78++), newly AS-ed, and don't do fora, and the WP forum in particular, operations above/ beyond baby steps. So I request the greater WP community to pole itself for wider-better self-data on SI's in particular.

For me, my SI's are few and very extremely demandingly intense. I and my parents feel they were hard locked-in from birth and beyond (both directions). They eventually landed me in a world of too much bureaucratic high science super classified good science(??).

One never escapes from such. And stuff done in that miasmic soup rarely safely escapes. (To find-catch the gold or alegators therein one must first drain the swamp!?)

Is this relatable to any WP-ers and friends? Do any of you know the miasmic swamps of which I hint Can such polling be done?
