I'm a human being, not a freak show and it hurts when they stare. Their eyes bore holes in me like high-powered lasers and it makes me feel VERY self-conscious. I have IBS and incontinence and this is part of the deal. So don't stare at me NTs because I'm different.
Well... I don't rock and don't wear diapers, but I still have the same problem. Especially when I'm tired (or have taken tranqs the night before because of my sleeping problems), and apparently I don't maintain my mask properly because of that, and then I see these "what a damned freak" stares on the people around.
This Is what I mean by shallow empathy. If I see a person like that I instinctively know not to stare and make them feel bad. But they seem to have no regard for someone ‘s dignity
They will purposely trample them— even viciously if they are ‘weird’ (not malevolent or bad intent- just ‘off’ which is NOT a good excuse)
They play sick games
On purpose . They bully very Subtle ways .
And it’s not ok but I find it weird that they are not judged for that yet we are judged for innocuous things like messy hair or being ‘awkward’
