I don't know if constant doodling is a stim, but it's compulsive.

When I'm focused on watching something or doing something my hand spins a little at the wrist.

When I'm excited my whole body spins.

Now that my hair is getting longer I twirl it A LOT.

When upset, rocking a lot.

etc.

Most of these are controllable around people.

Lip chewing and licking my lips a lot is common, I stopped chewing my nails yrs ago. I am constatnly rubbing or clicking or fidgeting, drives some NT's nutz. /grins wolfishly
