Yes. Six inches to the front, and three to the rear, if I'm in a hurry. It's easier to develop the habit of swinging your arms if you also make it a habit to lean back. It might feel artificial at first, but it's actually the way your spine is supposed to be. A posture that's closer to the fetal position is an inefficient way to walk, it looks sloppy, and it's terrible for your back.
