Well, using them no.. But looking into the possible effects

Although I do use them, looking into the effects and learning about them is what I meant.
Latest one I've been reading up on is DXM.
A friend of mine tried it and since then I have spent a lot of time reading every available piece of information about it.

I don't really know it, any good?

It is the active ingredient in some cough medicines.
Creates trips, milder to that of Acid or Mushrooms.
My friend said it was good, haven't tried it yet myself although I was discussing in with a few of my friends today to see who would be up for it.

Ah, I've heard of people drinking cough medicine to get a buzz. Sounds a bit tame though.

Depends on the dosage.
Interesting information here about it if you want to learn more;

1.Hair metal music (Especially bands like Night Ranger, Saigon Kick and Brother Firetribe. I'm big on bands that mix both soft Journey and heavy Bon Jovi/Van Halen elements into one)
2.Furries (Just so you know, i'm a hetero furry and I DO NOT "make out" with stuffed animals or real animals for that matter)
3.Final Fantasy games
4.AOR/Pomp rock music (Bands like 707, Kansas and Starcastle. I kinda group this in with my hair metal and 80's pop-metal obsession)
5.Balto
6.Chad Vader
7.Sonic The Hedgehog (Sega Genesis games and SatAM cartoon series)
8.Dandy & Company (Comic strip)
9.Phantasy Star (Only the Sega Genesis games like 2, 3 and 4, though)
10.Mr.Bean (God, his shows are hilarious!)
That's all I can think of right now. I may mention more later if I come up with more.

Spot on. I'm on the verge of collapse cause of it. No joke.
Currently trying to revisit older obsessions (and finally getting around to re-read all those books..).

Former obsessions would include subjects such as;

Mediterranian history with a special interest in Roman and Greek history and especially especially the early days and invention of democracy.
Political systems

-Music mostly metal, psychedelic rock, some punk and sub-genres of it and I like some industrial sort of music and basically whatever else sounds good.
-Listening to music on vinyl because it sounds awesome and I like to collect them, also cassette tapes because the vinyl player has a cassette tape player to so why not.
-Cats, who's not obsessed with cats?
-herbs/plants/drugs, learning about them via reading up and of course curiosty has led me to try plenty
-Cannabis, admittedly I don't just smoke it
-Leage of Legands, its a fun game and me and my brother can talk about it for quite a while without getting bored
-Potatoes, best food ever...
-Psychology/Sociology
-Good movies, not obsessed with any one movie really but when i see a movie i really like I do tend to get into it quite heavily sometimes

that is all I can think of for now, I guess some of that is more intrests than obsessions but all stuff I spend time on.
