Encouraging article on AS/ADHD in British press
This article is about 17-year old Luke Porter,who was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 4 and
Asperger's at age 10.Don't be put off by the word
"cure" in the headline as both Luke and his family
know better than to use that particular term and
in any case wouldn't necessarily want such a
drastic change.His friends and family like him fine
as he is.
The encouraging part is that Luke has progressed
from feeling hostile and isolated to being someone who is now able to communicate effectively enough to offer valuable guidance for others who feel the same way that he used to.
