Well tomorrow morning I am giving a video interview about environmental issues and my involvement in being actively involved with them.

I've made bullet points of things I have been involved with to revise but know that when it comes to the interview things will just go horribly wrong.

If anybody has tips I'd like to hear them.

Just methods which help people keep calm, act natural, come across as themselves, not forget what i want to say and not end up being erratic an anxious.

The video can be edited which i have on my side, but i'd still need guidance on the best ways of being able to be myself.
