...for anxiety and depression.
Has anyone else tried them?
and what were your results?

Apparently there's also software you can use to create your own recordings and
add subliminal messaging. Anyone tried this?

For the past week I have been listening to some of the recordings on youtube with headphones, - around 30 so far.

So far only 10% have made me feel much better.
About 10% made me feel noticeably worse, and the rest were semi-relaxing but no valuable results.
I'm trying all sorts of them to see what happens.
I'm not really familiar with all the types and what they are supposed to do with brain activity.
I'm just trying to help clear my mind of repeating negative and depressing thoughts.

Binaural beats make me nauseous. I find guided meditations work better. The Honest Guys meditations on you tube are my favourite. I can even fall asleep listening to their guided sleep meditation talk down, which I've never been able to do with any of the others. The voice sounds computer generated and I like that.
