About once every week or 2 i get this feeling of complete happiness for about 10 secs or so. In this preiod i can think about my problems but they seem way less improtant and solutions seem a lot more possible if that makes sense. Then it goes away and i feel depressed because i wasnted this feeling to last. I think this happens mostly in times where im more worried about things in my life than usual

Just wonderin if any1 else gets this, don't know if its related to aspergers or not.

I get weird feelings like that. I'm trying to get a girlfriend, but have trouble. I try to handle it by finding ways to remember the positive. Sometimes I tell others how I'm feeling. Being an aspie, I have to write it on paper sometimes. They then help me see the positive. I also talk positively as much as I can.

Oh... that's true. I think a manic period has to be at least a few hours, but I'm not really sure.
