The difference between athiests and thiests, is learning to trust the experiences of others. I was always very critical about what most people told me. I didn't believe that dinosaurs really existed because everyone in kindergarten was making such a big deal over it. Over time I have learnt to trust in the experiences of certain enlightened people.

I think most people with aspergers are hypersensitive to fungi. It has made me more aware of the toxicity in my environment. I believe that you shouldn't eat plants which grow in the dark (tobacco, tomato, potato) because they have potential for toxicity. Also Dairy will lower the body's immunity to heavy metals. Removing processed foods would definitely help. Lots of value brand supplements are bad for your health. You should drink distilled or reverse osmosis water to remove toxins that might affect you more than most people, especially fluoride. I would recommend a flesh-free diet to fully cleanse your body and having it running in pristine condition.

These are steps you can take you achieve intensity in your existance. Don't let anyone tell you that you can't do something because you have aspergers. I hear people say kids with aspergers don't skateboard because they can't balance properly,.. I intend to buy a skateboard soon and prove them wrong.

I thought this was about going off heavy metal music.

I don't think everyone who suffers from leaky gut or celiacs has mercury poisoning. If you have either disorder then avoid dairy and wheat.

I knew about heavy metal toxicity before I really understood the damage of vaccines. I had an acid trip one time and could feel all these built up chemicals inside me including metals in my teeth & bones. And I still feel the same way about it, after all Francis Crick founded DNA while high on LSD. But I'm not advocating drug use (except weed) at all, it's a very scary experience sometimes.

Tomatoes don't grow in the dark.

Your post doesn't make any sense at all. AS is a mental disorder, not some sort of diet.

When I dropped acid I felt all kinds of things in my body. I also heard Jim Morrison sing and saw Jesus and Buddha come out of a screen saver.

What I mean is, acid doesn't give you special senses, it just distorts the senses you have. Also, there's no evidence vaccines actually damage your body or cause autism.

I don't think it's the asperger people that need to keep off the 'shrooms...

Neither do potato plants. I have 15 in pots in my back garden. They are not really that different to carrots or parsnips. I'm pretty sure tobacco plants grow in the sun too. Is the OP thinking of plants from the deadly nightshade family?

Should I steer clear of early rhubarb from Yorkshire then?

it is NOT a mental disorder. but a rewiring of the brain.
now on the other hand, depression and bipolar are mental disorders.

Asperger's makes me very trusting of people, and then someone plays me, and I become really paranoid about people's intentions. It really annoys me when someone doesn't trust ME though. Like one of my friends will say something that I know to be false, and I'll say "Actually that's just a myth, I read an article about it the other day" and even though the friend has no evidence to suggest he's correct, anecdotal or otherwise, he'll say "No, you're wrong, it's true." And I'm like.....dude! I wouldn't say "You're definitely wrong" unless I was damn sure of it.

P.S. I love smoking weed and riding my longboard :) Try one of those out. I'm sure doing flip tricks is pretty fun, but longboards are so fun to ride. Loaded makes higher-end longboards, they just glide. It feels like riding a hoverboard.
