I just checked the kodakgallery site and the keychains aren't there right now, neither are a lot of things. I bought them last Christmas so maybe it's a seasonal thing and they don't start selling photo keychains until closer top Christmas.
Retail stores where you can get this done are the stores that do photo developing. What they actually do is make the jpeg from your photo and send it off to Kodak themselves. Chain stores like Walmart and Target have photo developing sections where you can order photo gifts and also lots of chain drugstores and camera stores. As with kodagallery.com, your best time to get keychains seems to be closer to Christmas when they expand their offerings. The keychain I had made at kodakgallery.com last Christmas had the photo somehow stamped onto a metal fob.

They also sell on ebay.

I have in mind a store that will make something on the lines of a custom keychain. Without telling them what it means, I want a metal one upon which is written ASProud.
