has anyone tried the Charles Linden method to help thier social phobia?

here is his UK website (he has US one too) http://www.thelindenmethod.co.uk/

its very expensive (£120) so I dont want to buy his course if its not any good and just hype, but it will be worth the money if it does work as psychologist therapy costs lots too (probably hundreds of times the price of this course over the years!)

any response welcome :sunny:

so do you think its worth a try or a rip off Psych?

Ive got my mum to order one of his dvd's for £10 and I thought I would see if that was any good before investing any further.

it says on his website that people can pay the £117 cost in four payments which would make it more affordable.
