What it does to me is either I can't think or I get to a rage point.
Too much loud noises would make me freak out.
Too much light makes me can't think.

Overloads tend to be infrequent but when they happen I go tired and my attention span shortens. Or I go cranky when I'm watching TV and I can't hear a thing and people are talking, if at home I just keep telling them to shut up and getting all ratty. they never do.
The one I do get frequently is emotional and not sensory, where I have alot of emotions in one that I can't identify, that makes me feel very frustrated, confused and upset.
