Like paranoia or schizophrenia or in the worst, maybe impossible case, psychopathy?

Yes, these are called comorbid conditions. For example, i have AS and depression, some folks are HFA + AD(H)D, etc.

THE DIAGNOSISES OF HELIOCOPTERS

Depersonalization Disorder
Depression
PTSD
Agoraphobia
Asperger's Syndrome

I'm a super paranoid person, too. I wouldn't worry too much about it. I think the paranoia is part of the social badness we have. Or the two of us are actually crazy.

Of course

I also have ADD, anxiety disorder, language processing disorder, cognitive thinking problems, learning disability, eating disorder, and I might have something else.

I used to have depression but I got over it and I heard I have adjustment disorder but I don't believe that and I think it's a made up condition. It's stupid. Everyone goes through difficult times when a change happens in their life, eg. divorce, separation, moving, losing a job.

If you have difficulties adjusting than this doesn't mean you have a disorder. Yes it's stupid.

Paranoia.

Please do not use anti-psychotic drugs, they make things worse. If you do use alcohol or are using drugs like cannabis, please stop this. Cannabis can sometimes mimic schizophrenic symtoms like paranoia. These will dissappear after a few weeks.
The best thing you can do is to visit a psycholgist.

When I first heard of it, I figured it meant I have difficulty adjusting to change and I would freak out if I had to be flexible because it cause me stress and I get overwhelmed and I wasn't expecting it. You know the typical aspie stuff there.

But after looking it up, it meant something else and I thought the whole thing was stupid.

Insomnia???

Trouble communicating, like mixing words up or saying a random word in the middle of a sentence, and it sounds like your speaking jiberish. It happens to me all the time and I hate it. I forget what the word is for that but I think it starts with D.

I know, I used anti-psychotic drugs for a while, and it was close to traumatic, but what are your own experiences with this, did you feel very sad, unconcentrated or down?

There is a wikipedia page about what's comorbid with autism and asperger. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conditions_comorbid_to_autism_spectrum_disorders

Well, as my username suggests, I have Tourette syndrome, in addition to self diagnosed Asperger's. I also am dyscalculic, and have had clinical depression, and/or Seasonal Affective Disorder. I have actually read that marijuana can help to alleviate the symptoms of T.S. http://www.rxmarijuana.com/Schafer.htm http://norml.org/index.cfm?Group_ID=7017 I know that if I'd ever feel the need for medication, if my symptoms were to worsen in severity, I'd want to be prescribed Marinol first, rather than any another drug.

There are a great many disorders that are often comorbid with Asperger's. The only ones that categorically cannot be diagnosed in addition to Asperger's are the other autism spectrum disorders--you can have only one of those, as such a diagnosis rules out all the others. There is also a note that ADHD and autism can't be diagnosed together because autism diagnosis takes precedence over ADHD diagnosis; but many people believe that this doesn't make any sense because even though many autistic people do have ADHD symptoms, there is a large subgroup that does not.

So, yes. You can have multiple diagnoses. This is more often than not the case.

Paranoia is not a diagnosis in and of itself; it's a symptom of other problems, from justifiably being afraid that people are going to hurt you simply because they really do intend to hurt you, to two of the personality disorders (avoidant and paranoid), to practically any psychosis (bipolar, schizophrenia and its cousins, and depression with psychotic features). Plus, what you might have mightn't be paranoia but be better described as anxiety, which can of course be put down to anything from a natural response to circumstances (people are not actually supposed to be anxiety-free all the time), to any number of physical and mental problems.

Um. So yes. If you're Asperger's, and you're having significant problems from something you can't put down to AS, you should talk to your doctor about the possibility of something other than AS going on (response to your circumstances, physical illness, mental illness, skills you need to learn, etc.). These things do way better when they're dealt with before they get really troublesome.
