I dislike group therapy and a lot of psychoeducation groups

It seems that the main focus of a lot of the above is co-dependents. In fact, I've noticed that a lot of mental health care is focused on co-dependency; I don't know why, but I guess it may be because they find co-dependents more deserving or something, because they like work hard for no reason.

I think it's because codependents are very common and often seek out treatment, not because they're seen as more deserving.
