Xmas is gay. I'm not celebrating it. I wish stores would be open like they normally are.

Well. At least you can still get Chinese food.

My family (Jewish) did that every year. Most of them are open on Christmas day.

Christmas is "gay" - you must mean "Christmas is "happy" (the definition of gay).

I am sure that you would not be using the word "gay" as in homosexual and using it in a derogatory fashion.

If you think that Christmas is sappy, is lousy, is annoying or is silly - fine.

"gay" is not a derogatory word.

Anyways,

Merry Christmas (or not)

Have a peaceful day. Remember that 7-11 is always open.

Gay is derogatory in this context.

There's nothing wrong with being gay. Stop being so sensitive. Marriage by definition is a bond between a man and a woman. Nothing else. You can't get married. Have a problem? Talk to jesus. LOL

I agree. I wanted to pick up a book from the library that I had on hold and that just had arrived yesterday today, but the library was closed early. And it's not even the holiday here yet! WTF!! ! I want my book!

Now I have to wait until Monday to pick it up... *sighs*

Oh lighten up, it's only one day, go eat some pie or something. Sherlock Holmes comes out today, too! :3

Don't feel bad, there's a lot of people who don't like Christmas for various reasons. I personally don't like the change, the stress of having to find presents for family (HOW THE HECK AM I MEANT TO KNOW WHAT THEY WANT!?), the lonliness of waking up by myself (I live alone now) and in some cases bad memories. My memories consist of my pet rabbit nearly dying on Christmas day, sitting in silence with my seperated mum and dad who were just shotting daggers at each other and assuming me and my bro hadn't noticed, geting really bad cold and then my best friend ever moving to australia three days before.

BTW I am not offended by the term 'gay' in the context you used it and I am like one of these 'equal rights' type people! I say it has 3 definitions: happy, stupid and homosexual!

hope you feel better soon.

Not funny. Not even remotely funny.

And what is worse, not even accurate. There are as many definitions of, "marriage," out there as there are jurisdictions and institutions to celebrate it. Your definition might be rigid, and archaic, but fortunately my country and my religion have recognized that it's a new century.

You don't get to demand that NTs respect your diversity if you don't extend the same respect to people who are different from you. It is not enough to say, "it's okay to be gay." I am sick to death of adolescent "tolerance." Accept it, or get out of the way.

This.

I dislike it too but I'd never say that. Ever.

Hahahaha that makes you sound like a self righteous hippy! I'm thinking the teacher from beavis and butthead.

BTW i'm sure your not it was just a funny comment to make. (you can speak for your country yeh?) I do agree with you and although i do say gay as an insult occasionally it is not something i mean to do or am proud of.

I don't speak for my country, but I am qualified to speak as to the state of the law in my country.
