Am I able to practise to get a better stance? If so, how?
I'm so rigid when I walking and standing.
Everyone else seems to be so relaxing, I look like a tense and weird person.
Sometimes I try to imitate their way to walk, but I mostly fail.
I have no idea how to walk and stand as they do...

Maybe an odd question?

Never thought about it before, but- maybe plug in some head phones, with music you like, go for a walk - don't think about walking, just walk to the beat, enjoy the rhythm.

try standing up, closing your eyes and taking in some deep breaths, and just relax your muscles

Why are you rigid when you walk?

Try yoga or maybe a martial art. Yoga is easier to do on your own tho, check out expertvillage.com for instructional videos.

My motor skills are poor also I began martial arts it was too demanding of my coordination and balance I became quite overwhelmed. After an injury I began Tai Chi my balance, coordination and stilted walk have improved considerably I highly recommend it.

Tai-chi's good. A simple trick from that is just to roll your shoulders a couple of times (backwards, that is toward your face) and let them rest in the bottom of their sockets. It stops me from hunching forward when I walk.

What's a stance exactly, by the way? I'm not a native speaker of English, and I only know it to be a synonym of "point of view"?

It's a trait of Asperger Syndrome.

You just have to keep practicing in front of a mirror and reminding yourself to walk differently. It will take a while, but eventually become second nature. I don't think there's any shortcut though :(

Stance = literally, the way one stands

A poor stance is a lopsided way of standing.

A strong stance is a firm and erect way of standing.

do you have bad posture, if you do try working out and it'll help you out. Don't walk with your head looking down at the ground. And swing your arms

What will improve posture is Eastern martial arts or dancing classes. Since you're a girl I'd suggest dancing classes. (omg stereotype! ;) )

Head up, shoulders down and aligned with your hips on vertical plane.

I have been able to improve the way my feet point a bit with basically practicing walking.

I still look like a robot and my hands/arms are always in the air or not where they are supposed to be. I am not even sure where they are supposed to be. My arms never feel natural. But I don't mind much, it is just the way I walk.
