I'm hearing some folks mention assessments that are different from each other and what I'm being told on the phone from local professionals, which is confusing. I'm wondering if there is a standard type of assessment, or if it varies greatly. So that's the motivation for this poll:

My assessment consisted of:

1) interview by professional, neuropsych testing, interview of relatives/others, and took more than 2 hours.
2) interview by professional, interview of relatives/others, and took more than 2 hours.
3) interview by professional, neuropsych testing, and took more than 2 hours.
4) interview by professional, took more than 2 hours.
5) interview by professional, took less than 2 hours.

------------

"neuropsych testing" == pencil and paper and "arranging blocks" type tests, ie WAIS

"interview of relatives/others" == was a relative or spouse or some other person than oneself interviewed?

"professional" == psychologist, psychiatrist, neurologist
