Does anyone else get this way? I'm usually like this after lunchtime. I get sick of doing whatever I'm doing and don't know what else I should do. And I just keep walking around so I can get rid of this unwanted energy.
I'll probably not calm down until 5pm, when I feed my cats and think about dinner.
I also choose this time of day to get into arguments with people online.

I tend to get like this once the sun goes down. Lets just say all hell breaks loose because of how I get.

I get like this, all the time. There are moments that I'm sitting at a computer, one minute and going for an hour walk the next.

Around 15:00, I have trouble staying awake. Beyond 20:00, I have trouble doing anything but rigorous exercise.

This is becoming a real problem for my stepson at his school and after school program. He has more nervous energy than anyone I know. He is happiest when give a job to do, especially if it requires hard work (sweeping, shoveling snow, vacuuming, pulling weeds, washing the car). If we can find work for him, it's great as he is very helpful and never complains. It's just we run out of things for him to do so he runs around in circles in the living room freaking out our two cats or else he jumps up and down or bounces on this inflatable ball that we got him.

Now we have one of those smaller sized 5 pound weight balls and when we see him getting wound up, we have him lift the ball up over his head and back down over and over again. This seems to help.

It must be all the energy drinks that I consume.
