By people who know nothing and care little about Asperger's or Autism. by patronizing people trampling over autistics in order to improve themselves only. Sick of vague wishy washy advice that wouldn't work if it came out of a religious scripture!! !! :)

What's worse is getting it from another aspie. :x

"If you know what you are saying, you know what will offend."
"Stop being literal."
"You should know that, I'm more aspie than you and I don't take that literal."

Yeah I have gotten all of those^

I'm in agreement.

They constantly bug me to change--in ways that benefit *them*, not me.

I don't do a lot of nagging for other people to change to accomodate my AS. In fact usually all I want is the volume turned down.

I'm the one who's trying my hardest to cope with this and get by. I work hard and I try to be a good person and to do my part and I put up with a *lot* of pain and anxiety while doing it.

And still they bother me to change.

Sometimes I just want to tell everyone to go F*#ck off. But I don't talk much.
