House Rules, Jodi Picoult's newest novel, tells the story of Jacob Hunt, a teenage Aspie. Jacob's special interest is forensic analysis and he is often shows up at crime scenes telling the police what they need to do. One day he is accused of murder. There is a synopsis of the book, a conversation with Jodi Picoult about the book, and fairly long excerpts from it, here: http://www.jodipicoult.com/house-rules.html . The publication date is 2 March 2010.

I have not read any of Picoult's novels, but I would like to read this one.

I´ve attempted a Piccoult novel and read the excerpt from this one about Asperger´s.

I don't care for the writing style, but I still might read this one simply because of the autism element.
