I had my day planned with lots of things to do and places to go on my day off. Then work called as they need me to work this evening. I need money so I said yes. Losing track of time I had to cancel my session with my psychologist before work. So I go out and get the mail. Come back in the house and waste over an hour on the internet. And yet there so many other productive things I could do instead. But I had my mind on doing this and that and another. It feels confusing to me sometimes.

I'm not sure if this is the same thing, but I get sort of sucked in to stuff, I'll waste hours and hours on the internet researching one thing and then another. Don't know if that has anything to do with AS though.

I also get kind of freaked out if schedules or whatever change unexpectedly. I want to know exactly what's going to happen ahead of time. Maybe I'm a little better about that now?

I have this Internet habit that refuses to go away. I can work around it.

I can relate. I can have lots of things planned for a day and if one thing changes well I'm on the internet or watching TV all day.

Life is what happens when you make plans. Our patterns are only as constraining as anyone else's.

If that is so, I do not live.
But I know that that is not so because I am writing this message and I am not a textbot.
I also have a somewhat extreme internet and Fallout 3 habit.
It is now 5:27 a.m. and I have been playing since approximately 7:00 p.m.
That is pretty severe.
And it works against my other needs, such as writing a book report that should have already been done and practicing my guitar.
