Have you ever been obsessed about animals or insects?
When I was child I was obsessed mostly to ants , i was used to study their behaviors and their kinds . Sadly I didn't have internet or books abt it at that time ...but i was used to watch the documentry movies abt ants .I had aslo interest in other similar insects like the bees too.

I never had a strict obsession (at least nothing I'd classify as such), but I've always adored animals. I remember really loving lemurs.

I have been completely obsessed with leopard geckos for nearly a year now. I actually keep one as a pet. He's awesome. I was also obsessed with dolphins from when I was about 6 to when I was 11, I knew all about a few different types, but I can't remember it now. When I was really young I would apparently watch snails and ants and things like that for hours.

My dad works in conservation and, probably because of that, the answer to the question is yes; animals are definitely one of my specialist interests. But like Veresae its more of a general love for the natural world – rather than any one animal in particular, though I do have my favourites. If I had to pick one off the top of my head, well, I’m very keen on the saltwater crocodile. I usually see him in the pub of a Friday, and he seems like a decent bloke anyway.
If anyone else wants to discuss the natural world or anything therein I think you’ll find me an amiable chap, and quite able to do the subject justice.

When I was at college, I studied the behaviours of ants and bees in relation to survival and the way they communicate as part of my psychology course and found this really interesting.

I used to have a fascination for anything in the Cat family ranging from domestic cats to Tigers. I absolutely love tigers even now, such beautiful graceful animals I think.

I've always loved animals and nature. I had a cat obsession for quite awhile. I would collect cat figurines and pictures. When I was younger I wasn't as much into information about cats, although I did read through a couple books. I loved playing with my cats. And for birthdays, people had to get me cat-themed gifts.

I've also had a long-time fondness for bees. And I seem to have a way with yellow jackets so that I've picked them up and not gotten stung. Larger wasps I don't mind either. But bees are my favorite. :)

I've been obsessed with Animals my whole life. Especially with Cats and Dogs. I love Dogs the most. They're almost like four-legged people.

I'm really big into cats, both small and big. I like tigers and leopards, but also domestic cats. I like to get pictures of them in action, like bathing themselves, stretching, and yawning.

On Animal Planets' The Most Extreme (I think that's the name of it), domestic cats came out on top as the #1 feline hunter. It beat out all the big cats. I thought that was interesting. :)

Have always had obsessions with animals,in particular cats, rats and horses.
My sister [non Autistic] is the same, but just with cats, she is a member of the Cats Protection, and treats Samianther as a baby [although would never clean out her litter tray],she used to push her around in a pram when Sam was a kitten [around 13 years ago].
I think a lot about cats and I spot them from anywhere,if I see one weeing on a car [often my sisters' boyfriends 306] or hiding in a bush etc,I focus on nothing but the cats, and go over to stroke them.
I find cats a lot easier to get along with than humans, all they want is attention, food, sleep, attention, food, sleep, more sleep and so on.

I love dogs and I wish it were possible to have more than the 2 that I have. :D
I have branched out to fish recently.
I don't have one type of dog that I love the most, because the nature of dogs is so wonderful.
I can not like a pitt bull though. (Sorry pitt bull owners---they are just evil.)

I do not have an "obsession" with knowing every fact about them however.
I just like to know alot. :D

Yeah, I thought that was really impressive. Of course, looking at my three lazy cats, you'd never have guessed it.
