How do different people here cope with rage? Do you ever have that pure uncontrolled desire to destroy everything in sight? Or does anyone here not understand what its like to feel anger?
The best way to cope is to have the belief that through the power of your own mind you can one day turn the tables and get your own back.
Does anyone here even remotely understand this?

Vent it over the internet or at bad drivers.

I think the best way to handle rage is to remember that all matter is energy slowed down to a pure vibration, we are all illusory manifestations of an all-encompassing one-conciousness experiencing itself subjectively & so by hating others we are actually hating ourselves.

If you were able to forgive Alex, would you not be feeling happier right now, this minute?

Fantasizing about 'getting even' isnt a nice thing to be carrying about inside you for years.

because feeling vengeful is little more than supressed rage. Why would you want to bottle up a lot of negative energy, when youd be much happier in the long run just letting it go and moving on in life?
