It's quite odd.

What's even odder is that recently, when really annoyed, I feel this urge to start complaining in Italian, a language I only know a few words in, but yet I feel that it is the "right" language!

If I knew how, and the people around me could understand it, I would definitely use it. Sometimes it feels like speaking would be equivalent to lifting heavy crates.

I've never done that, but I have been known to start swearing in German.

Me too! but generally I stim when I'm stressed, I save the swearing in German for more instant/frightening moments, rather than a more long-term/constant stress.

Do you mean sign language (in the title)?

Italian IS the perfect yelling language- they are a passionate, robust sounding people. And German is nice and guttural to add that extra growl to your cursing! Korean is great for cursing, as well, because it is fast, like a staccato- if you have a lot of cursing to do in a short time- that is the language to use. It sounds like a small sparrow flogging you. If you want to look down your nose at someone while cursing them you use French.

I like to hear British people curse. They have this tapestry of swear words they weave together so quickly and adeptly. I wish I could do that so well.

I wish I could actually find a quiet, secluded place to let my frustrations out. As for using different languages, I have never thought of that. *grabs a translation book*

I find British Sign Language easier to use than vocal languages when I'm stressed out. The reliance on expression can make it hard, though.

Unfortunately, I'm only fluent in English. Therefore I just curse a lot under my breath & hope no one's close enough to hear me.
I try not to swear (and under normal circumstances, I don't), but when I'm feeling a lot of emotional stress, I just mutter as many cuss words I come up with. Sometimes I end up laughing at what a filthy mind/mouth I have and it makes me feel better.

So its not a typo, it is sign like in sign language. No, I never sign when I'm tired or angry or stressed. I do know a few things in sign language because one of my best friends from childhood was deaf. I don't even like to give anyone "the finger". Its just not my style.

I often bark random German words when I've stressed, and random French when I'm happy.

"Das is sehr langweilig! Du bist ein lieblingsfabren! Ich nicht sprechen sie Deutsch! Aber bitte mit sahne!"

"C'était le week-end dernier! Je suis le sac, mais je dansais avec mon poisson parce que je deteste la musique!"

I speak several languages, and I do tend to complain in them when I'm stressed. Although I know some BSL though, I don't sign when I'm stressed.
