I still have my cot blanket every night. It's older than me and falling apart but I can't sleep without it. Other than that I'm not particuarly bothered as long as there are fitted sheets. In winter I just have another duvet :)

I like older cotton or wool blankets that aren't picky/static charged anymore because they have been roughed up quite a bit.

Blankets with a leopard skin print on them. The heavier the better. The must be smooth and not fluffy.

I don't like the feeling of satin. I have a thick fleece blanket above a regular sheet (because of the sensation of the fleece) and a regular doona over that. The fleece blanket is really heavy and gives me a good night's sleep. Sometimes in the morning I don't want to get out of bed I'm so comfortable.

Mine is neither of those listed, so I didn't vote in the poll. The only kind of blanket I use are comforters. They're meant for winter, but I use them all year round, regardless of the heat, because they comfort me.

I like my mink blankets, especially my thickest one with the puppy paw prints on it. My other two are thinner and more cheaply made. I like to sleep with the smooth furry side down, not the rough fleecy side down.

I have a plain sheet over the matress, another plain sheet over that which is always very tightly tucked in, over that is a quilt and a thick blanket.

It's very comfortable, but it has to be perfect, I find myself getting up at night to fix the bed...

I love lvoe love my egyptian cotton blanket. It's so nice and toasty but not to heavy. I can sleep without it.... as long as I have my fleece socks.

I like every type of blanket if only it is warm enough. Now I have a blanket with a pattern of big shells and sea plants on.

I use a weighted blanket with a super-soft microplush (not microfleece) blanket underneath it. It is a lovely sensory treat to roll around under those blankets when I first wake up!
