I have trouble remembering to some basic things like eating and washing the dishes, so I set up an alarm app that prompts me to do these things at the appropriate times. I feel that this is helping me to stop being so distracted by what I'm doing. As far as a "to-do" list goes though, I just can't seem to get away from the old fashioned pen and paper. Does anyone else use a phone app to help them get through the day with more success?
