Would running for no reason and making weird jaw movements from time to time constitute as stims?

Probably. I sometimes abruptly start running if I am going somewhere, which might be a stim.

not sure if i am correct but i thought that any activities/movements can be regarded as stims provided they act as a calming or coping mechanism?

took me forever to figure out what "stims" were/are. in anycase, i have long paced back and forth and clenched my teeth without realizing it. several worn and broken teeth and TMJ later, i stopped doing the teeth bit, and my living space is too cluttered for me to pace, so i rock back and forth and whistle melodic tunes. so the running and "weird jaw movements" would seem to qualify.
