After a long day's work (8-10hrs), has anyone felt spent/drained? When I get home from work my head is really warm (extra blood in brain circulation) & I feel the need to nap. I'm thinking it's because the brain is working in overdrive to compensate for the lack of social abilities (i.e., logical brain doing everything). Please give me your input, thanks.

Who isn't tired after an 8 to 10 hour shift at work? Especially if the person has trouble with social interaction. I know what you mean, though, I sometimes feel like I'm running a fever when I'm overtired. I usually come home and lie down for about an hour after work or school. When my daughter was little, I used to take a shower as soon as I got home. It gave me some alone time and I was refreshed and cool and comfortable by the time she got home from school.

I assure you, this is completely normal for all humans. :) Unless they're one of those freaky ones with too much energy. And most NTs are NOT those kinds of people.

I used to feel the same way when I got home, after working 8 hours at the factory.
