I can easily take 10 or 12 hours, if possible.

Eight hours, regular as a Swiss watch. I can go to bed anytime between 10pm and midnight and wake up exactly eight hours later.

7.5 is ideal for me. 7 is starting to be too little and 8 is starting to be too much. But sometimes I have 5 hours, sometimes I have 12.

6-7 hours on work days, despite my best efforts to get to sleep early. Usually around 8 on weekends. I've probably built up a giant sleep debt, but getting to sleep before 2am just doesn't happen for me.

Roughly eight on school nights, but I really could do with more, I'm constantly tired.

And on weekends if I dont get woken up then I can easily sleep from 11pm-11am. And wake up still feeling tired lol!

I get 6 hours of sleep, in a 24 hour day.

7 hours if I'm lucky, usually something closer to 5 on weekdays.

Male lions sleep for 18 hours on a day.
I remember waking up at 9:00 a.m. and going back to sleep.
