... people to think that you have stolen something from them?
Me very often, since child I neither took. neither even had wish to take from someone..never... but in stores workers follow me, look on me strange, happened me when i was student, girl in my room to think that i took her clothes, that came funny me, because she was very shorter than me and i couldn't stop laugh. I'm happy that lot of stores have cam and than workers being ashamed and say sorry to me. I'm happy also that in my city is new market where workers behave with me with respect and smile me. But.. i have never discovery why some people think it?!
(Sorry for my English)

Your English is okay :) I understood. I used to get followed by store guards in our local supermarket because I often hung out with a group who later started to shoplift and cause trouble. I no longer hung around with them at this point, but I suppose the association remained. Also, I used to wear a very large coat (Parka) even during the summer so I suppose that looked suspicious. What language do you speak? Sorry I am interested in languages :)

Благодарам That is a very interesting website :) I speak a bit of Russian so the Cyrillic isn't a problem for me

Once I was in a store, and went to the back and my friend was looking at something at the front. I took something from the back of the store, to the front of the store, to show my friend. When I went to put it back, the store worker was staring at me! Then, when I went to buy something (that I couldn't find the price tag on), it was too expensive so I said "I don't want this anymore" and put them back. The lady followed me because she thought I was stealing!
