I suppose scenarios indicate AS:

I walk in to see my friend talking with two other people about work. Man keeps talking and walking around with two other colleagues without saying anything to me or acknowledging my presence. However, if I ask, "can I talk to you later", he will say yes. Two hours later I will have forgotten about what I said to him and he ill say, "you can talk to me now. You said you wanted to talk."

Does this behavior sound familiar?

That seems very familiar to me. I deal with that garbage, all the time.
