I made a topic about NT's being mean and talked about how my friend called her boyfriend a slacker and I also mention a previous post by the boyfriend saying he worked for "his womans dad" in both cases WP mention the comments as teasing. When I took them as rude or harsh. Plus me being literal (The boyfriend mention his power being off at work my friend AKA the girlfriend said get off the phone slacker etc. I replied (Well I assume without electricity more than likely can't do much work. I'd think.) So do you think you'll ever understand NT language? Those are just two examples (not to mention the laugh at the wrong time and other issues I'm sure I'm not thinking of at the moment.) :-) (Oh and lets not forget body language etc.) can't forget those! LOL!

She may not mind being called "my woman." It might even make her feel safe and happy to belong in a couple.

I've overheard my partner talking to his WoW friends and referring to me as "the old lady" as in, "gotta go now, the old lady just fixed me chow." It's just slang and not even teasing -- some people just talk that way. It doesn't bother me because (even though I'm six years older than him) I know he doesn't view me as an old lady just because I'm his "old lady."
