If so, have you travelled a lot? How many countries have you visited?

I was obsessed with travel in the past.
I have traveled abroad 14 times. Some of my journeys lasted about four months each. Overall, I spent about two years traveling.

I have visited 18 countries:
Israel (my home country), Egypt (but only the Sinai peninsula), Mexico, United States, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, France, Monaco, Italy, the Vatican, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Denmark and Sweden.

I travel as much as I can, and I've lived in several different countries. I love that people attribute my eccentricities to my being 'foreign'. When I travel is the only time that I don't feel like an alien.

I have not been many places but if I could I would go all over the world. I have always wanted to travel but don't have the resources. I've been to a few places in Canada and the US, but I was really young when we went to the US so I don't really remember either time.

I'm from Hungary, lived 5 years in Austria, 2 years in The Netherlands, and visited Italy, Spain, Albania, Belgium, Slowenia, Poland, Slowakia, Bulgaria, France and Germany. I still would like to see England, Scotland, Portugal, Ireland, Egypt, South Africa, Greece, the Czech Republic and maybe (if I live enough long) also the US.

I love travelling, even though I never get to do it. The farthest I've ever been was when I went to Atlanta, Georgia, when I was 13. I like to read travel guides and things like that so I can get an idea of places I'd really like to go.

Outside the U.S., I'd like to travel all across Europe and to Japan.

So far, I've visited:

Canada
Czech Republic
Cyprus (plus the Turkish northern part of the island)
Denmark
Gibraltar (UK overseas territory)
Ireland
Isle of Man (British Crown dependency)
Malta
Poland
Portugal (mainland plus Madeira)
Spain (mainland plus Majorca and Canary Islands)
Sweden
United Kingdom (England; Scotland; Wales; Northern Ireland)

And I have more on my list.

Yup. Can't do it all the time since time, money, and life get in the way. But I do love the exploration and all the things you can learn about and meeting people outside my corner of the world and having my oddness confused with my foreigness!

I also go through periods with an obsessive mini-interest in travelling where I read a little bit too much about place I might like to a some point. Recently, I have been looking at Syria, the Wakhan corridor in Afghanistan, and Bolivia.

I think my country total is about 35 or 36, including multiple countries in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia. Never been to South America or Central America, though.

People call me Chen in Israel. ('Ch' as in the German word 'Macht').

In Hebrew, 'Ken' means 'Yes'.

I used to work for 6 months in the winter then in the summer travel around Europe for 6 months working where I could until my money ran out. I did this for something like 12 years and have lived in Holland for 1 year. Countries I've been to are the UK, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania. Poland, Germany, Holland, Belgium, France, Spain, Switzerland, Italy, Luxemberg, Russia, Cyprus, Yemen, Kenya, Brazil. Lack of money prevents more travel.
