You just used two, so you may be exaggerating because you take pride in your concision. Brevity is good in the real world, but you're rewarded for prolix, pompous papers in school. Pad like crazy. Learn to love tautology. Belabor every point. If your peers can be sloppy and long-winded, so can you.
