Holly Rod was on the Apprentice and appeared to argue for her child with autism. I felt her foundation was different because it was about treating the symptoms of autism rather than "trying" to "cure" it. There are no cures for autism not because it is not a syndrome/disease'/disorder, but because communication cannot be medicated; it has to be learned behavior.
