Sorry, I know you're asking a serious question, but that actually gave me a good laugh. No, a disorder of the brain that's forms prior to birth is not a blood-borne pathogen, else there'd have been an honest-to-gods cure by now. I don't think anybody can absorb your DNA through blood and pass that DNA on to future children. The idea could make for a cool horror story though, now that I think about it. Heeey...
Anyhow, if there were any danger of that, it would have been on that list of a thousand personal questions they ask you before they stick the needle in.
I used to donate blood regularly, but in my state, they won't let you donate if you've been tattooed within the past year, which will probably count me out for the rest of my life. Pity, my blood's perfectly good and a fairly rare type. Of course it does have ink in it.
