Being interrupted during a process

Anyone else get like this? I do and even when I tell people not to do it but they do it anyway and then tell me off. I must admit, I used to be alot more like this clip when she touches him towards the end but now I just apparently give a "do you mind" stare.

I get startled that easily but I get over it with a lot less drama.
