Black and white thought is where there is right and wrong, with no exceptions, such as "That person stole food, it doesn't matter why he did it, he's still broken the law." Abstract thinking gives the possibility of gray areas, such as "That person stole because he can't afford food, so maybe we shouldn't charge him with theft this once."
I'm not sure about correct and incorrect eye contact, but I guess they mean making too much or too little eye contact with others for incorrect, and just enough for correct.
