Make me look crazy or look like there is something seriously wrong with me. I've er realized that rocking while in a public place makes me feel more comfortable in said public place. And I don't seem to get as tired as often if I have at least rocked a few times in public. The only issue with this is well one it isn't exactly dealing with the outside problem, two I just look silly doing it in front of people who probably don't understand, and three I could easily do something else except this.

My cure to life may might as well make me look a little loony. A long time ago I use to listen to music. But people want to talk to me and if I can't hear them, well...yeah.

rofl!

Anyone else have their "cure to life" that looks weird in public, but you do it anyway?

Rock on bro, rock on.

I tend to pace with a somewhat manic look in my eyes when I have an autistic "episode" and rock back and forth if i can sit. I don't look normal but so so

bad pun.

But yeah.

I either rock if I can sit.

Or talk to myself otherwise, with a lot of stares involved.

I walk in circles with strange body language. Some people don't like it...but they need to get laid.

Spinning chairs are my weakness. If I'm stressed I just can't be still in one, I'm either rocking back and forth, scooting around, or twisting back and forth. Like today in my microcounseling class (I still don't know what possessed me to register for that, but you can imagine how I would be a total fail at counseling people  ) I probably looked like a total nut case. That class really stresses me out since I'm so terrible at it. I'm always twisting back and forth and today I was like pulling my hair and completely facing the wall. But it was the last time we actually have to be in class, so that's good. I've increasingly been doing weird stimming type stuff in public, and I'm one of the ones that mostly passes for NT, but next week is finals week, so I guess that explains it.

Transition objects, here. I like to hold onto one... but a young adult hanging onto a stuffed animal or tiny doll? Yeah...

Glad to find people who go out in public doing not so public things.

I just can't live without rocking.

Always be yourself, express yourself, have faith in yourself, do not go out and look for a successful personality and duplicate it.

Yeah, I find rocking helps a lot with everything.

I pace or obsessively twirl my hair. People think I'm weird, but oh well!
