Aspies are known for being direct.
I was implying that aspies are often general knowledge obsessives - we tend to like knowledge and information for it's own sake.
I know there was a certain amount of artistic licence used in the film but Turkey still has a bad human rights record currently; this is part of the reason they haven't been allowed to join the European Union yet.
Again, sorry if I offended you; I was only trying to be jokey in a friendly manner but did have a small doubt as I was posting that it might get misconstrued as my posts often are.
