For those you have Asperger's or an ASD... How old were you when you were diagnosed?

Me I was diagnosed of the age of 3 or 4 and I think I found out when i was in second or third grade

I was diagnosed with HFA at the age of 5, and I found out in Grade 9.

49 and I asked to be evaluated for it, because I was pretty certain already.

My mom knew, but she wouldn't get me diagnosed and kept moving me from school to school instead, so that I never attended the same school two years in a row until my last two years of high school. I was finally diagnosed at 20.

I was 41 when I was diagnosed. Initial diagnosis was depression, which developed in my late teens. Then schizoid personality disorder, which is still a pretty accurate description. Had no idea what it was until I researched it. Fits me almost perfectly.

Officially diagnosed at ten, but my parents first learned about AS when I was six, and they thought that I had it.

Eighteen after I sought help for why I was different.

18 though it took my high school counselor 4 years for her to think that I should be tested and she had to convince my parents to do this. Knowing my parents they would have NEVER sought to have me diagnosed for anything on their own (no matter how obviously different I was) and would still insist to this day that I was normal.

I was 15 when I was diagnosed and found out about it right away, though apparently I was suspected of being autistic for a long time before that.

I found out when I was 18 and was diagnosed the same year. (: To me it was a huge relief, 'cause I'd always felt as though something was "wrong" with me, but I didn't know what it was.
