I used to have trouble, organizing anything and my apartment used to be a mess. However, over the summer months, I've found that I'm a lot more organized with my stuff and belongings. I guess that I had to be living on my own, for those 4 years, before everything clicked and started falling into place.

I know I have really bad organization problems when it comes to school things (binders, my bag, etc.) and that in a class( that I no longer have to go to) for people with high-functioning ASDs, basically all of them had the same problem. However, I am pretty OCD when it comes to organizing other things.

THIS is what I am having trouble with.

I am trying to develop a meal and workout plan for myself. While I understand all the science of the meal plan which included basic chemistry.

I am still struggling to put something together

This, exactly. I don't know if it's true for Aspies without attentional regulation problems severe enough to qualify for an additional ADHD diagnosis or not, but I have ADHD and am very detail oriented and fabulous at organizing data, but complex tasks that don't take much TIME come easily to me, it's making simple, linear moves and plans for the future that I seem to struggle with.

The words piss-up, Brewery and couldn't are often used to sum up my organizational skills.

I lik eorganization. I happen to be a control freak. I like order, as I know what to expect and what I'm supposed to do.
