I hope it becomes a tradition to celebrate that way!

One tiny little issue might be that so many of our members aren't from the US though. Perhaps we can celebrate major holidays from around the world!

I didn't understand what it was about untill I read that it was independence day in America.

I think it's a great idea. Just as long as you cover all the major holidays of most of the nations of the members.

You would have to research different religions and celebrate their festivals and things.
