Rhabdomyoma has an association with tuberous sclerosis, according to Wikipedia.
Tuberous sclerosis has effects on many parts of the body, including the central nervous system, and somewhere between 25% and 61% of people with TS meet the diagnostic criteria for autism (again - see Wikipedia article on TS). The only case of TS that I have any knowledge about involved fairly major sensory sensitivity problems.
That is the only link I have found between rhabdomyoma and ASD, but I have no medical qualifications (nor does Wikipedia) so I wouldn't bet my life on that information.
Unless you have TS, I wouldn't expect rhabdomyoma to have any connection to ASD in your case.
