Employee rights is a separate issue, and I agree it seems to me from news stories we get here that employees can get sacked for things that you could never be sacked for here, I mean even things you've done in the past that have no relevance to your current duties, just stuff your employer doesn't like. You could sue them for trying that here. But I was talking about availability of diagnosis (that is a real pain the arse, trust me lol), medical care (it's much less common to be prescribed medication for psychiatric problems here, especially in childhood), support groups and public awareness, because they're related to what Corps900 is looking for. I think it's worth him/her looking up autism-related organisations because if there's something nearby me, it seems likely to me that there's something near him/her though of course there might not be.
