It seems to me like Im the least angry person I know. Very rarely does something affect me enough to make me feel anger, and on the rare occasion that it happens, I find it an exhausting waste of time. People compliment my calm demeanor as if they think Im holding back serious rage, or that I should be more frustrated, but I just never feel that way.

Does anyone else find anger to be a challenging and pointless emotion?

I'm the opposite. I'm very angry, and usually I have every reason to be. It feels good a lot of the time - like a constant itch that needs to be scratched. If only I could get rid of the itch, I wouldn't have to scratch it.

i don't get angry often or easily. It does seem sort of pointless. I guess if you get angry because of injustice that can motivate you to change things but general, negative anger doesn't accomplish anything for me.

I very rarely feel the emotion of anger.
There is rarely what I would view as a good reason for feeling anger.

I more often feel sadness - if someone attempts to argue with me in a hostile manner I usually feel more sad that they must be angered and hostile, as I think that what they're arguing about is not worth hostilities.

If someone, for example, breaks something of mine, I feel slightly saddened that the object is broken,
but I don't usually get angry with the person who broke it...

I usually feel that anger and hostilities are unnecessary and a waste of time;
time better spent on less negative things.

Yes Taurus earth Dragon. Dont know if these below sound like you?

THE EARTH DRAGON 1928 AND 1988

Earth Dragons make great managers because they are practical, levelheaded and demonstrate a knack for organizing. They still have the need to dictate and be admired, but they are affable, congenial and supportive. Compared to other Dragons, Earth Dragons are less likely to breathe fire at the least irritation. They will work diligently to complete their life goals. The Earth element adds a greater portion of self-control to the Dragon's personality and usually the Earth Dragon is deserving of the respect he or she desires. These Dragons take their life and romantic responsibilities quite seriously.

Might and bite come together here, giving us a powerhouse of brutal energy and excessive adroitness. Nobody will ever tell you that they "just couldn't care less" about a Taurus/Dragon. People either adore Taurus Dragons or they detest them! On the one hand, this native exudes down-to the-ground good sense, but on the other he is tempestuously foolish and selfishly attention-getting. Taurus and Dragon form an unforgettable couple - a peripatetic love bug whose desires may suddenly shift from stuffy missionary to raunchy and rambunctious in what seems like a quest for pleasure at any cost. The sensuality quotient is exceedingly high in this fiery creature. Many sizzling sexual memories will be forged during lovemaking sessions with partners who dare to go all the way with a Taurus who...

Yeah, but it sort of falls apart in the second paragraph. I do think self-control is one of my best traits.

I'm pretty much that way. Sometimes I'll get irritated if I'm both tired and frustrated, but I don't get angry. When my son was

about 8 he scratched "meanie" on the back bumper of my car and I was very calm about it. He had repercussions but I didn't freak.

I sometimes think the greater reason I have to be angry the quicker I detach emotionally. Perhaps because of being raised by an

erratically angry father. The thing he didn't notice one day was cause for WW3 the next.

I had an irrationally angry mother. Maybe that's the sort of thing that gives people an aversion to anger.

I experience anger and frustration very easily. But such is autism, always extremes and variances in individuals.
