But I can't find a site or link on this website where there is the clear description of diagnostic criteria for the DSM - IV or DSM-V for aspergers/autism.

If some could please point me to it then that would be great thanks!

Also maybe it might be useful to have it as a sticky or somewhere on the front page etc?

Well the first place that springs to mind is

There is a toolbar on top of the page. The second tab on the left is "Contents", you click on it and choose the Disorders option from the drop-down menu. Disorders are alphabetical order, you go to Autistic disorder, click on it an the first option you get is "Criteria".

Look for the tabs for DSM IV at the top. The reason the page that link goes to is blank is because it leads to DSM V proposed changes. The page is for AS which will not be in DSM V if the changes are approved.
