I've been interested for awhile to know what the general breakdown for people here's personality types would be -- I assume that there are less Extroverts, potentially more N's, but beyond that I've no clue!

Test Here
Test Here*
*there are plenty of versions, I've taken this one and it seems to work well

Good explanation of Types

[EDIT]
Sorry for the poll length, but the breakdown might be easier to see via it.

I've taken this test before and I'm an ISTJ.

Actually my F and T are pretty much interchangeable and I usually score F = 60 some %

I find myself reverting to strictly logical function very easily.

I am INFP which is rare
I had a hard time finding the stickied thread. I wouldn't have thought to put in a games thread.

Jung Test Results

Today's results:
Introverted (I) 83.33% Extroverted (E) 16.67%
Sensing (S) 58.33% Intuitive (N) 41.67%
Feeling (F) 56.41% Thinking (T) 43.59%
Judging (J) 74.19% Perceiving (P) 25.81%

Your type is: ISFJ

ISFJ - "Conservator". Desires to be of service and to minister to individual needs - very loyal. 13.8% of total population.

First time I took it:
Your personality type is probably ISTJ (or perhaps ISFJ).

If your personality type is ISTJ then you are interested in clarity and knowledge. You like to observe and listen, and have a particular interest in facts and information which help you to develop as clear a knowledge as possible. You like to know where you stand, e.g.: having clear goals to which you are working, and to know that what you are expected to do is achievable. You value your experience, which serves as a strong guide to your decisions.
If your personality type is ISFJ then you are interested in knowledge and experience, particularly in relation to family, friends and colleagues. You are a quiet, serious observer of people, listening intently and getting to know a great deal about them. You pay attention to their emotions and feelings, and are keenly aware of the state of relationships between them and you take your responsibilities to them very seriously.

My own type, INFJ, it supposedly the rarest with less than 1% of people falling under this category. Interesting that, thus far, that does not appear to be the case in a group of ASD individuals.

INFJ comprises of the Councilor role variant. You are good at picking up emotions on first sight. Many would agree that we might have trouble with such a thing.

From the test I got:

Introverted (I) 75% Extroverted (E) 25%
Sensing (S) 62.16% Intuitive (N) 37.84%
Thinking (T) 81.82% Feeling (F) 18.18%
Judging (J) 59.38% Perceiving (P) 40.63%

ISTJ - "Trustee". Decisiveness in practical affairs. Guardian of time- honored institutions. Dependable. 11.6% of total population.

After reading the Wikipedia page "Inspector" for it I don't agree though. I think I fit better with INTJ or "Mastermind" as it is on Wikipedia.
I consider both traits to be heavy in me but there is a few ideas under the "Inspector" that just don't fit, mostly doing what I am meant to in love or other similar situations while with the Mastermind variant I fit almost perfectly.

It is interesting that INTJs are currently 34% of the poll respondents, but "One of the rarest of the sixteen personality types, INTJs account for about 1–4% of the population." (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/INTJ). The difference is statistically significant (p < 0.01) even for this small sample size.

Indeed. Especially since it revolves around theory rather then concrete knowledge. Seems like we have more theoretical thoughts then recorded.

My understanding, based on information from several psychiatrists, is that those tests are not valid for Autistics or Aspies, and will give very strange results. The way we think of hypothetical situations, and how we would respond to such, is very different from how an NT person might act. So the test might tell a prospective employer that we're dedicated and not-so-creative, which would be great for an assembly line job. But in fact with an Aspie, that job might cause a mental breakdown; leaving the employer scratching his/her head. On the other hand, the test might say that we're a dangerous time bomb, while we're actually a great prospect for being a gunsmith at the Police Dept armory.

just took it and it said ISTJ. Questions seem pretty general-really tailored to the NT person.

Going by dimension, the results are quite polarised:

I - 92% - (E - 8%)
N - 75% - (S - 25%)
T - 67% - (F - 33%)
J - 63% - (P - 37%)

I was intrigued by a suggestion of an interaction between personality and heritage, "Finally, analysis suggests that individuals diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome have type preferences of I_TP, whereas mothers of children with the disorder prefer E_FJ." (http://www.wrongplanet.net/postt92745.html)
